This intimate forest wedding was the perfect combination of purples, greens, whimsy, love, laughter, and just the right amount of weirdness! I love when my couples show so much of their personality in planning their wedding day. What a fun and unique wedding for a silly and sweet couple! Located at the Fort Townsend Friends Barn it was the ideal spot for a quiet, romantic PNW wedding, with soaring trees, lots of greenery, cloudy skies, a view of the water, and yes even wildlife! (a sneaky squirrel snuck his way into the cupcakes and the dog food!) I absolutely love the personality of these two and especially how much they included their very loved dog, Bear, in everything, including the first look, and he was also the ringBear! My favorite memories of the day were seeing the bride for the first time in her gorgeous shimmery silver dress (complete with a fan underneath!), witnessing the short & sweet handfasting ceremony, the ringBear inviting himself up on the alter, kids having fun with the chalkboard cornhole and bubbles, and especially the strong connection I felt between these two throughout the whole day, and of course just so much silliness too! I am honored to have been part of this very happy day!
