Hello! I am so excited to be capturing beautiful memories with you. Please fill out this questionnaire in order to help me get to know you and your family better, and so that I can serve your needs to the best of my ability! Each photography session is unique and your answers help make sure you have the best possible experience that is tailored to you and your family.

What do you most want to capture during your session?

Do you have any "must-have" images that are very important? This could be a specific grouping, pose, location, moment etc that you have envisioned.

Do you have any specific expectations you would like me to know about?

Do you tend to favor more traditional shots with everyone posed and looking at the camera or more candid, interactive images?

I usually capture a variety of both but if you have a preference let me know!

Do you know how you want to showcase your images ? (canvas/wall art, albums, digital images...etc)

This could help guide our session if you have something specific in mind that you are hoping to capture.
